A LATAM Airbus A321 has skidded off the runway in Brazil as it concluded a flight from Sao Paulo Guarulhos International Airport.
The Airbus A321, which is registered PT-MXM, was captured arriving in unfavourable conditions when it slid off the runway.
Thankfully all passengers and crew safely exited the runway, with the airline releasing a statement on social media saying there were 172 passengers and 7 crew members aboard LA3300.
With the heavy rain, it was initially reported that the aircraft lost directional control before skidding off the runway and coming to a stop.
After weather conditions cleared and the required instruments were sourced the aircraft was removed from the runway at Florianopolis Airport
