Emirates has confirmed plans to increase flying towards London Heathrow from later this month.

The Dubai-based carrier, which already offers numerous daily flights to the city, is expanding its existing schedule with additional flights.

The boosted travel schedule will see the airline launch a six-times-a-week service from October 26, 2025. With record levels of demand experienced, Emirates is keen on responding and offering more capacity.

By offering a wide range of flights, the carrier claims that it’ll provide greater convenience and more departure time options for travellers, ensuring seamless connectivity during both peak and off-peak travel periods.

Remarkably, the airline operates its six daily flights with the Airbus A380, the world’s largest passenger aircraft. Being deployed on so many flights highlights just how much demand is present.

The additional flights will now operate every day except Fridays during the winter schedule, and the 777-300ER will be deployed. This aircraft is equipped with 350 seats in a three-class layout, featuring First, Business, and Economy seating.

Emirates states that the overnight departures from London Heathrow and Dubai will benefit those travelling between the two markets, as well as for onward connections, highlighting destinations across the Middle East, West Asia, and beyond, all within reach.

By February 2026, the Dubai-based operator will serve the United Kingdom with a staggering 146 weekly flights across multiple airports, ranging from three in London, including Heathrow, Gatwick, and Stansted, to those outside of London as well.

Those others include more regional gateways with a mix of aircraft, offering more options to access the UK, and for those from here to access the world, this includes Birmingham, Newcastle, Manchester, Glasgow, and Edinburgh.

Emirates Confirms Flight Details

The new flight will depart Dubai as EK41 with a departure time of 1340. The arrival at London Heathrow is scheduled for 1740 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Emirates states that the return flight will depart Heathrow at 2235 as EK42 and arrive the next day at 0935 in Dubai; these times are local and apply to Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday operations.

The return flight EK42 on Tuesday and Saturday will depart London at 2110 and arrive in Dubai the following morning at 0820.

Then, on Thursdays, EK41 will depart Dubai at 1255 with a 1655 arrival in London. The return leg departs at 2120 and arrives at 0820.
