Vistara is expanding its presence in France by announcing a new service from Mumbai towards the country.
New Flights From Vistara
Vistara, an Indian full-service carrier, will launch a 5x weekly operation from Mumbai to Paris (CDG).
The service will commence on 28 March 2024 and be operated by the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. This aircraft features a three-class configuration.
Mumbai to Paris will operate on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays with a departure time at 1405 local time. Touchdown of the flight in Paris Charles de Gaulle will occur at 2010. Two hours later, at 2210, the aircraft will depart back to Mumbai with an arrival at 1035 the following day.
Vistara says it has designated the service with flight number UK023/024. Once launched, this service from Mumbai will represent the third long-haul route from the city behind London and Frankfurt.
Introductory all-inclusive round trip fares from Paris start at EUR 499 in Economy, EUR 999 in Premium Economy and EUR 1,999 for Business Class.
Enhancing the French Network
Alongside the newly announced service between Mumbai and Paris, Vistara says this will complement the existing Delhi-to-Paris service.
This flight was launched in November 2021, and since then, the airline says it has enjoyed much success. According to the company, this service is also operated 5x weekly, and customers have enjoyed the flight.
A strong ambition of the airline has been to increase connectivity towards Europe. The Boeing 787 Dreamliner will be pivotal for the company with its enhanced efficiency and passenger comfort levels to achieve these ambitions.
Ultimately, for Vistara, the newly announced Mumbai to Paris connection will aid them with their long-term ambitions for the region.
