Porter’s onboard experience focuses on providing economy travellers with service that is unmatched by any carrier in North America. We believe that every passenger deserves genuine hospitality and high-quality service that makes time onboard our aircraft something to look forward to. Our arrival in California will be welcomed by those looking for a new way to travel between the west coast and Canada.

Porter Airlines will operate the two newly announced routes with its Embraer E195-E2 aircraft. These recently delivered planes feature 132 seats in an all-economy configuration.

Passengers will be pleased to find the aircraft are configured in a two-by-two manner. This means there’s no middle seat for the journey to the West Coast.

Free, fast WiFi is also present throughout the flight; premium snacks, free beer, and more are all available. Porter also offers extra legroom seats with different fare types being offered.

The Toronto Pearson to Los Angeles flight will depart at 1030 and arrive at 1305 local time before returning to Toronto at 1425 and touching down at 2232. This service is slated to commence on January 16, 2024.

Meanwhile, the San Francisco leg will see a departure at 1030 from Toronto, arrival into San Francisco at 1322, departure at 1450 and arrival back into Toronto at 2236. Thus, the flight timings for these services are very similar.

The San Franscio service will commence on January 25, 2024. Therefore, it was just over a week after the Los Angeles leg.
