Airbus Scores Another A330neo Order

It was a busy third day of the 2023 Paris Airshow for the A330neo program, with another order coming in.

Four A330neos have been announced as part of an order from an undisclosed customer, further boosting the backlog established for the series.

There are currently 88 A330-900s in service, with the largest customer Delta with 22 in active service, followed by TAP Air Portugal with 19.
Per Cirium data, 156 remain on order, with Iran Air committing to 28.

Meanwhile, the Airbus A330-800, the second variant for the series and the smaller of the two has only 7 in service spread across three customers. Air Greenland operates a single unit, Kuwait Airways flies four, and Uganda Airlines has two in-service.
