Air France has announced that it will expand its Asian network in December by launching a new route from Paris-Charles de Gaulle.

The airline has confirmed that commencing December 7, 2024, it’ll begin thrice weekly flights to Manila in the Philippines to cater to growing demand.

Furthermore, the carrier is committed to giving this market the best possible inflight experience by deploying its modern and efficient A350-900. This Airbus widebody has three classes: Business Class, Premium Economy, and Standard Economy.

AF208 is scheduled to depart Paris at 2320 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, with an arrival the following day at 1930 in Manila.

After spending almost two and a half hours on the ground, AF209 will depart Manila at 2150 and arrive back in Paris at 0550 the following morning.

These flights, especially the return leg of AF209, have been optimally timed to enable coordination to destinations across Europe on partner airlines, including the highly important KLM.

Thanks to Air France’s close relationship with KLM, nonstop flights to Amsterdam, another popular European destination, will be possible.

Manila will form the 5th new route for the 2024/25 winter schedule as the airline focuses on leveraging its aircraft to bump up capacity to key markets internationally around the world.
