Air Transat has announced a sizeable expansion to its Summer 2024 network from Montreal, Toronto and Quebec City.
The announcement comes as the airline believes it can expand to key markets in Europe and the South with significant recovery levels.
At its peak, the airline will offer 110 weekly direct flights to more than 25 destinations from Toronto alone.
Notably, the carrier will add direct flights to Lima year-round. At the same time, there’ll also be a further increase in offering to key European cities. This includes Ireland, Italy, and Portugal, to name a few.
Vital European cities that’ll see increases include Dublin, Faro, Manchester, Porto, Venice and Zagreb.
While focusing on sunny destinations operating year-round, Air Transat will increase flying from Toronto to Cancun, Montego Bay and Punta Cana.
However, away from Toronto, Air Transat will also increase its flying from Quebec City and Montreal.
Notably, from Quebec City, there’ll be an increase in flying towards Paris. Additionally, heading south, the airline will add a Quebec City to Fort Lauderdale service. However, it’s in Montreal where the significant boosts come.
Paris, Porto, Nice, Nantes, Marseille, Malaga, Lyon, Brussels, Bordeaux and Barcelona will all increase capacity to reflect strong recovery and ongoing demand levels. Plus, there are significant increases seen towards sunny destinations, too.
Focusing on the United States, Orlando, Miami, Los Angeles, and Fort Lauderdale will also increase from Montreal.

I am interested in direct flights from Moncton NB to Orlando Florida on January 5 2024 and returning on January 19 is there going to be any flights
ça serai bien pour Moncton pour vraiment bien faire il faut augmenter la flotte pour le moment il y a 38 avions il faut aux moins 50 avions .
pour ça serai l’idéal
Air transat the best canada
I would like Airtransat to increase their fleet over 10 years and even 15 years to replace the old A330s with the A330-8 or A330-9 NEO, but the A350-900 is great too. I would like destination like 90’s like Dusseldorf – Frankfurt – Munich – Zurich
The 350 makes no sense for Air Transat. That plane is long haul, while Transat focuses on shorter European hops.
If that’s your opinion, that’s fine with you.

Will there be more 3 and 4 week packages ( air, hotel and transfers ) to choose from going to Faro, Portugal (destination: Albufeira) for the 2024 winter months leaving from Toronto? If so, when will they be available to book?
Thanks.
