KLM has confirmed a big winter expansion that’ll see 161 destinations across its network.
The winter schedule, which runs from October 26, 2025, through March 28, 2026, will see one of the most comprehensive flying programs offered.
Compared to the winter season of 2025, KLM is increasing the total number of available seats by 6% with specific markets getting significant increases in flying over others.
KLM states that service to India will experience the biggest year-over-year increase in capacity, with a 28% rise. Meanwhile, following behind this, the airline has committed to a 17% jump in Caribbean flying, thanks to sky-high demand.
For India, there’ll be a total of three additional flights every week through to Delhi; meanwhile, Panama City will also see three extra flights a week between early January and late February.
From mid-December, Bangkok will see a jump to 10 flights per week, and Curacao will reach 11 weekly flights as well to meet demand increases.
KLM also says that for the entire winter season, there’ll be 11 flights per week through to Cape Town in South Africa, which represents one extra flight per week.
Boston, Portland, Miami, San Francisco, Bangalore, Sao Paulo, Lima, and San Jose, among others, will also see frequency increases.
Other changes are occurring within Europe as service extensions occur to the likes of Ibiza, with more Southern European destinations also seeing capacity increases.

Additionally, to make all of this possible, KLM is expecting to welcome its final Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner this winter, with three additional A321neo jets delivered in the winter.
The addition of these aircraft, paired with existing models, will help take the airline forward and introduce much-needed efficiency to the operation, while providing customers with smoother and quieter travel options across the network.
New Cities For KLM
Away from simply capacity increases to existing markets, the airline has confirmed several new destinations will be added to the network during the winter season.
Firstly, from the end of November, a popular winter destination in Finland, Kittila, will be added with a weekly flight.
Next, Barbados is returning to the network and, combined with Georgetown in Guyana, will see thrice weekly services as part of a commitment to the Caribbean.
KLM says that, thanks to heightened demand, destinations launched in the summer will continue for the first time in the upcoming winter season, thanks to a strong response from customers.

As part of this, the airline will see Exter and Ljubljana operate daily. Meanwhile, internationally, KLM will fly to Hyderabad and Barbados for the first time during this winter season.
From late February, there’ll also be connectivity towards San Diego, KLM reaffirming that when focusing on strictly intercontinental travel, these flights will all be operated thrice weekly.
