Indigo Big Route Expansion

Indigo has revealed a significant route expansion to commence in the coming months.

Asia and Africa are the focus points of this latest expansion, with new services launched out of Mumbai and Delhi.

Indigo says 174 new weekly International flights will commence between June and September in a fitting upgrade to their network and enabling their continued recovery.

To begin, the airline is planning for a Mumbai to Nairobi and Jakarta service to commence within the next two months. While no specific date has been provided, the company says it’ll target a late July or early August start.

Delhi to Hong Kong will relaunch in August alongside a further boost to its Mumbai Dhaka service in the same month. Hong Kong has been missing from the network for three years. However, with restrictions easing, the airline believes travel can occur again.

Delhi to Tbilisi will launch in August on a three times weekly service. Meanwhile, Baku will also get a nonstop four times weekly flight from Delhi.
