JetBlue becomes the latest airline to announce further route news for the upcoming summer.
The airline has said that three new routes have gone on sale. Notably, these routes have been made possible thanks to the Northeast Alliance (NEA) in place with American Airlines.
JetBlue’s New York JFK to Washington Ronald Reagan National service will begin on June 15th. These flights will be daily.
On top of the previously mentioned route, there’ll be service from Westchester County to Martha’s Vineyard and Charleston, scheduled to begin on May 25th. These routes will be operated daily. However, JetBlue notes that they are seasonal only.
As we prepare for the summer travel season, we are introducing more choices for our customers in the Northeast with the addition of new alternatives for customers traveling between New York and the fabulous destinations of Washington DC, Martha’s Vineyard and Charleston. These new routes are part of our ambitious growth strategy as we work to bring our unique combination of low fares and award-winning service to more customers.
David Jehn, vice president, network planning and partnerships, JetBlue.
JetBlue only continues to expand its offering in the Greater New York area. The company aims to offer customers more choices, flexibility, and much more. These three new services will undoubtedly aid them in these endeavours.
