Etihad Airways has announced it’ll fly from Abu Dhabi to Osaka five times per week from the 1st of October, 2023.
Etihad says that given Osaka is one of the world’s most culturally vibrant cities, it is the perfect city to add to the already expansive network from the middle eastern airline.
While there’s a heightened focus on having people head towards Osaka, executives at the airline say that they’re also looking forward to welcoming people from the region to Abu Dhabi to experience the sights and culture equally.
Osaka also joins Tokyo now as the second city the Abu Dhabi-based airline serves in Japan.
Etihad’s Boeing 787-9 will be deployed on the service, with tickets now available for booking.
