Emirates And Philippine Airlines Boost Partnership

Today, Emirates and Philippine Airlines have announced their intent to expand their interline agreement.

As a result of the strengthening, Emirates passengers can access domestic ports in Philippine AIrlines’ network via Cebu and Clark. Adding to the already established commitment with Manila.

Meanwhile, for those travelling aboard Philippine Airlines, there’ll be further benefits with the ability to book now Emirates-operated flights to a host of destinations via Dubai, the airline’s home.

Emirates began flying to the Philippines in 1990 and has since committed to the country firmly, with now 25 weekly flights to three airports.

The Dubai-based airlines’ global footprint only continues to grow, and the expanding partnership with Philippine Airlines in the form of an interline agreement further highlights that.

Per Cirium Manila Ninoy Aquino International and Dubai International, in August 2023, will see 345 flights from 3 airlines, amounting to 135k seats. Emirates led the way with 159 flights, followed by Cebu Pacific with 124 and Philippine Airlines with 62.
