Delta has announced a new route from New York JFK with its 767-300. The aircraft will operate from the city through to Rio de Janeiro. It will be a seasonal service beginning on December 16th, 2023.
This is the third route that Delta and LATAM have announced since the Joint Venture between the two companies. However, with this being operated by a Delta aircraft, it will see Delta One, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort+ and Main Cabin services for passengers.

LATAM and Delta offer numerous services from JFK to South American destinations thanks to the Joint Venture. This includes Sao Paulo, Lima, Santiago, Bogota, Colombia and more.
In addition, the airline has announced a seasonal service with its Boeing 767-400 from New York JFK to Buenos Aires from October 28th. This launch date is subject to government approval. Delta says the service will be daily and complement its year-round flight from Atlanta to Buenos Aries.
