On day 3 of the 2025 Paris Air Show, Airbus continued to make a strong showing with the confirmation of a new deal.
The purchase involves just two planes, with a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) coming from MNG Airlines (MNGA).
MNG Airlines is an e-commerce enabler based in Turkey, playing a significant role as a global logistics provider.
The manufacturer is delighted to welcome MNG Airlines to the A350F family, as this represents the second commitment to the upcoming freighter variant at the Air Show.
Additionally, Airbus views the purchase of the A350F as a further means to highlight the strong foundation the company is providing to prospective operators, who seek to elevate their freight business.
As for MNG, the move to purchase the A350F is crucial for their development of trade lanes across major ports worldwide.

According to MNG Airlines’ Chief Executive and Chairman, the A350F will be pivotal to the company’s growth across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and even into North American markets.
The jets, once delivered, will allow for charter and scheduling of operations. This offers greater flexibility than ever before, with more chances to meet the requirements of leading and emerging customers.
Whether this ranges from the transportation of basic cargo to high-value freight and express logistics, the model that intends to fly with MNG Airlines will be capable of that.
The Rise Of The A350F
For Airbus, the rise of the A350F aligns with ambitions to grow market share across the freighter scene.
Airbus would acknowledge it has been in the shadow of Boeing for too long. The American planemaker has largely controlled this scene without much disruption for decades.
Now, with the A350F, Airbus is attempting to change the dialogue surrounding this sector and expects this plane to rival the upcoming 777-8F from Boeing as well.

The A350F will carry up to 111 tonnes and comes with a range of 8,700 km. Additionally, the aircraft, equipped with Rolls-Royce Trent XWB-97s, will offer a 40% reduction in fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
As a result, and driven by its more than 70% makeup of composite materials, it is lighter than competitors and offers state-of-the-art efficiency.
