Emirates and United Airlines have expanded their partnership to include flights to and from Mexico.
A decision means customers can have eight destinations in the country alongside Mexico City, which both airlines deem fantastic access.
Emirates notably says that the partnership will mean customers can access specifically Cancun, Cozumel, Monterrey, Puerto Vallarta, Guadalajara San Jose Del Cabo, Leon/Guanajuato, and Queretaro. These destinations can be reached through Emirates services to either Chicago or Houston.
Flight timings and overall flexibility will improve substantially thanks to the extension of the codesharing partnership.
The expanded partnership will come into effect from September 14th and follows existing connectivity to other global regions through US gateways, too.
Emirates notes that it offers a daily service from Dubai through to Houston with its Airbus A380. Additionally, it has also deployed the Boeing 777 on seven weekly flights.
